Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.

To request a return or replacement:

• Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• The product should be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.
• Return or replacement requests are subject to verification and approval.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
